Boulder County's Multi-Agency Coordinating System

 

The Boulder Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is uniquely staffed by a group of subject matter experts known collectively as our Multi-Agency Coordination (MAC) group. The MAC group is made up of representatives from numerous City of Boulder and Boulder County departments, non-profit organizations active in disaster, and the private sector. These dedicated professionals are the foundation of the EOC.

 

The MAC group is organized in sections: Operations, Community Services, Infrastructure, Planning, Logistics, Finance & Adminisration, Community Recovery, and External Affairs.

 

MAC meeting schedule:

 

Sectional meetings in January, February, April, May, July, August, October and November:

 

Operations & Infrastructure - 8:00-9:30 am
Community Services & Community Recovery - 9:30-11:00 am
Planning, Logistics, Finance & Administration and External Affairs - 11:00am - noon.

 

The full MAC Group - Big MAC - meets together once each quarter in March, June, September and December at 9:00-11:00 am.

 

All meetings are held in the Boulder County Emergency Operations Center at 3280 Airport Road in Boulder.
